Step #2
Submit a Customer Onboarding Sheet
There's no financial obligation to submit this form. It just gives us a better idea of who you are, what you have for properties, and allows us to firm up a quote.
Step #3
Review and sign a Broker Service Agreement ("BSA")
First, request the BSA from us via email. Next, we'll prepare it and send to you for signature. Next, send it back to us for our signature.
Step #4
Pay your initial invoice
We will email you your initial invoice. You can pay by ACH or credit card. You can also set up autopay for recurring monthly invoices.
