Once the form has been submitted, please wait for us to approve it. While you wait, please send us an email providing any additional details not covered in the onboarding sheet, including a link to your individual LinkedIn profile. After approval, visit the FEMA Broker of Record Process page for the next steps.
Note: Submitting a FEMA Contractor Onboarding Sheet is just the first step in our process. Until a Broker Service Agreement is fully executed, we are not officially your Broker of Record.
Time to Complete: 5-7 minutes
*Regulatory violations do not necessarily preclude you from working with us. We are most concerned with serious violations such as; fraud, commingling, and conversion of client trust funds. If you have any violations of this nature, we would have to decline working with you. However, if you have relatively minor violations such as advertising violations, lapsed license issues, or non-compliance with agency disclosure requirements we don't have any major concerns as long as you are ensuring future compliance with such issues.
