  • Cooperative State: An out-of-state licensee can enter into a co-brokerage agreement with a licensed broker in this state, and the out-of-state licensee can enter the state to work on the transaction.
  • The out-of-state licensee must agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state.
  • The out-of-state licensee must agree to the jurisdiction of the Commission of this state.
  • An out-of-state licensee's salespeople can also work in the state as long as; a) their broker has complied with the laws of this state, and b) all salespeople engaged in the transaction provide a copy of their license to the licensed broker of this state.
