Dormancy Status - If you are new to property management and you are not managing any properties yet, a reduced rate applies instead of the standard annual or monthly rate. Single-Family Properties - If your properties under management primarily consist of single-family properties and want us to serve as the Broker of Record, the following fee structure applies. | $250/month for 1-50 single-family properties$500/month for 51-100 single-family properties$750/month for 101-150 single-family properties$1,000/month for 151-200 single-family properties |
Real Estate Firms - If you need to set up a new real estate firm and want us to serve as the Broker of Record, an additional fee applies. | $1,750.00 |

Higher Risk Affiliations - If the affiliation relationship presents unique risk factors, an additional fee may apply. Such risk factors may include; company's background, company's business model, transaction state, property types being managed, complexity of company's objectives, and/or any other factor that could increase our legal or regulatory risk. | Varies |
Time-Intensive Affiliations - If the affiliation results in a greater demand on our time, an additional fee may apply. Such additional time factors may include; oversight requirement, transactional review, customer document reviews, contract changes requested by customer, and/or any other factors that could increase our time requirement during the affiliation. | Varies |
