Yes: Go to Step #3
No: Go to our Onboarding Page. Once approved, go to Step #3.
Step #3
Fill out and Sign a Broker Service Agreement
First, you'll complete this form and sign. Next, it will be sent to us to sign. Once its fully executed, you must send us your E&O insurance certificate.
Step #4
We'll Submit a Broker of Record Notice
If applicable, we'll submit a notice with the applicable regulatory agency. You cannot manage properties under our name until this process is complete.
Step #5
Send Us Your Advertising
Materials for Approval
We'll approve them or request revisions. Please review the advertising guidance page.
Step #6
Send Us Copies of Executed Leases, PAs, and other agreements.
We are required to maintain a complete transaction file for any regulatory audits.
Step #7
Send Us All Security Deposit Receipts
We are required to maintain security deposit receipts for any regulatory audits.
Step #8
Send Us Bank Statements & Ledgers
We are required to maintain bank statements and ledgers for any regulatory audits.
