- The out-of-state licensee must; a) file a license application with the Commission, b) list all salespeople who will work on the transaction, c) consent to jurisdiction in the state, d) ensure the co-brokerage agreement specifies commission amounts and responsibilities of the parties, and e) file the co-brokerage agreement with the Commission.
